Honorees for the Condit Spirit Awards fall into one of three categories:
- Individual and/or Fillmore Condit Founders’ Club Member

- Community-based individual or organization
Visionaries - $1,000,000+
Ambassadors - $500,000+
Philanthropists - $250,000+
Guardians - $150,000+
Benefactors - $100,000+
Humanitarians - $75,000+
Patrons - $50,000+
Sponsors - $25,000+
Founders - $10,000+
All nominees should have demonstrated outstanding contributions and/or service to the CHLB Foundation’s tradition of supporting Community Hospital’s mission of providing the finest care available to the community. If applicable, both the length of service and the quality of service should be considered.
The individual nominee should be using his/her contributions to benefit the communities which Community Hospital serves – Long Beach, Signal Hill, Lakewood, Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. The corporation or organization nominee should be within and serving the communities which Community Hospital serves – Long Beach, Signal Hill, Lakewood, Seal Beach and Los Alamitos. Exceptions will be made, upon review of the event committee, for individual, corporate and organization nominees outside of Community Hospital’s service areas.
